Returns & Right of Withdrawal

1. Exclusion for Custom Goods In accordance with the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and national equivalents, the statutory 14-day "cooling-off" period (Right of Withdrawal) does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or which are clearly personalized.

Important: Because every Concordia Snowboard is made-to-order or customized to your specific technical and aesthetic requirements, we do not accept returns or cancellations for "change of mind" or "buyer's remorse" once production has commenced.

2. Defective Goods (Statutory Rights) The exclusion above does not affect your legal rights regarding faulty or misdescribed goods. If your board arrives with a manufacturing defect (e.g., delamination, structural flaw) or does not match the specifications of your order, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under our Warranty Policy.
