1. Contract Formation

A contract between you and Concordia Snowboards is only formed once you receive an Order Confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline orders due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or inability to fulfill specific customization requests.

2. Made-to-Order & Customization

Concordia Snowboards specializes in high-performance, made-to-order equipment.

  • Production: Each board is manufactured specifically for the customer upon receipt of the order.

  • Customization: This includes, but is not limited to, custom top-sheet graphics, specific flex patterns, custom board widths, and factory-mounted bindings.

3. Safety & Liability

Snowboarding is an inherently dangerous sport. By purchasing a Concordia Snowboard, you acknowledge the risks involved.

  • Concordia Snowboards is not liable for injuries or death resulting from the use of our equipment.

  • We strongly recommend that bindings be installed and adjusted by a certified technician.

4. Sustainability Claims (EmpCo 2026 Compliance)

All environmental and sustainability claims made on this site (e.g., "FSC-Certified Wood," "Bio-Resin Technology") are substantiated by third-party certifications. In accordance with 2026 EU transparency laws, detailed certification data is available upon request.

5. Payment and Pricing

  • All prices shown include applicable VAT and mandatory environmental levies.

  • Full payment is required at the time of order to initiate the custom manufacturing process.
