Thank you for considering a Concordia Snowboard! Our snowboards are produced made-to-order and handmade in the Austrian Alps. It takes an average of 2 to 3 weeks to build the snowboard.
We currently ship to all countries in the European Union, Norway, United Kingdom and Switzerland. We offer free shipping, except for Switzerland, due to the customs clearance process. For orders outside of the EU, please reach out and we will try to make it work.
As every product is custom made, just for you, we do not offer customer returns. In case of product quality issues, we cover all expenses of the return after inspection of the product.

Our snowboard models serve as a canvas for our artwork, but they are built on a foundation of high-performance engineering. We use premium materials and hold sustainability in high regard, prioritizing local sourcing, eco-conscious resins, and water-based inks to minimize our footprint. Every board is crafted in the Austrian Alps, combining a long-standing legacy of alpine craftsmanship with a focus on quality and durability.
